We don’t work with one-size-fits-all packages, so we will take into consideration the type of support needed and any budget requirements you may have, then carefully curate a custom proposal that outlines how we envision partnering with you to help reach your goals.
Create a plan.
Once the proposal is accepted, we will get to work. Whether we are partnering with you on a single project, or on a month-to-month basis, we will use the proposal as an outline for creating a more detailed plan. Plan development will involve conversations where we dive even deeper into the intricacies of your organization and conduct extensive analysis and research. The plan will help provide clarity and act as a guide to aid in steady, organized progress.

Our pricing.
We charge by the hour for all support we provide, whether it’s a single project, or on a month-to-month basis. We believe this increases transparency between us and our clients, giving them the most value for their buck.

Of course! Our work is most commonly based on monthly hours caps, so adjusting hours is easily done at the proposal stage, as well as on an ongoing basis.
For projects, we can discuss a project scope that best fits your budget requirements.

Transparency is rooted in everything we do. As such, there are never any hidden fees, and there will always be clear communication surrounding what, and how much, you’re paying for. Our goal is to be the vendor that surprises you the least come invoicing time.

Most clients are on a month-to-month program. We send an invoice at the end of the month and require payment within 15 days of receipt.
